No, Our system has been updated to improve our risk management on the accounts. All accounts that made more than 10% will not be recognized. We want to see traders trading level per level, so there is no skipping of levels.

This helps traders to improve and acclimatize to the current account size they managing.

Withdrawal of profit splits are free if the amount is USD30 and above.
Otherwise an administration fee of USD12 applies.

This is to avoid overloading the BuoyTrade's Processing Team with smaller withdrawals, as the transfer fee will cost more than the withdrawal itself.

Yes, when the target profit is reached, your account will be doubled from your initial level balance.

You may scale up the account on day 1 of trading. There's no minimum trading days required to scale up the account.

We offer this option to scale up faster as some traders deemed that $1,000 is not significant yet! We totally understand!

If you do not withdraw your profit at Target Profit 5%, we will scale your account to the next level.

At any point if you decide to withdraw at that level, your target profit will be at 10% in order to scale to the next level.

Please do contact us if you have decided that you want to scale up at 5%. Our default target profit will be always be 10%.

We would like to first congratulate you for making it that far. Yes, there is a way to at least recover back some of the levels and not needing to restart all over again from the start.

Our recovery process:
You will drop your level by half, and you will need to pay a fixed desk fee.

Example (recovery process):
You are at level 5, Your level is cut by half, Level 2.5. We will always round up the level, you may start back off at level 3 at this point.

At Level 3, you will get back your Level 3 Account.
note: You are eligible to also start off at any levels below Level 3 if you would like to.

This offer is only valid up to 1 month, the time starts on the date you have violated the drawdown rule.

Let's get right on with it with an example!

Let's say for an example you are trading a $100,000 Account and you manage to make a profit of 5%, your account ending balance would be $105,000.
Your Maximum Drawdown/Loss is calculated to be $5,000 (5% x $100,000 = $5,000).

This means at any point in time, your Account (realized/unrealized) balance or equity should not go below $95,000.

When you have a $105,000 Capital, you basically have a $10,000 capital of free-play before it reaches the max drawdown limit.

The official leverage on our Apex account is 20:1 for Forex and Metals 10:1 for Indices for all levels.

You can manage up to 10 Active Buoy Direct Accounts with us at any point.
This allows you to diversify and maintain a steady stream of profit split still if one account were to violate the drawdown rules.

Payout is processed every 2 weeks. You may keep your profits inside the account if you wish to. We will always withdraw our profit split every 2 weeks.

We will not withdraw any profits unless you request a withdrawal in "One Foot In" level.

We do not like to keep dormant accounts within our firm, as they take up server load for statistical calculations. It also helps us to know if you are still alive and trading.

It is not a hard violation if you do not make at least 1 trade during that week. If something unfortunate happened and you could not trade because of medical reasons, do inform us when you are back. We will understand and reinstate the account if the reason is substantiated with valid evidence / documents.

What is considered as "Active"?
Basically opening or closing a position counts as one active day, You do not need to Open and Close. Just one of the action is enough to count as an active day. So when you open a position on Week1, That's already counted as an active day. You do not need to close.
On Week2, if you close the same position, it's also counted as an active day for the entire week.
Taking partial profits is also considered as "Active"

If you fall under the category of 'reason not valid', you'll need to pay a reinstatement fee, which is 2% of the current account level to reinstate your account.
